Things to check while coroplast underbelly is off?

MODS: perhaps this is better sorted to maintenance section. I didn't see that on my phone at first...

My girlfriend and I are full-time in an RV and I'm slowly going through the whole unit and addressing all the problems before winter hits.

We have a 2003 3295RK 35', in wonderful shape, but not without it's age issues.

I'd love tips on what to look for after I finish pulling the spare tire and coroplast from the steps back. I've already got the front off (fixed a leak)

Plan so far:

- seal rear end cap to the frame and/or close the hole behind the water heater letting cold air in

- fix mystery leak near galley tank.

- add supports to black tank, perhaps all (we just bypass currently, so they're rarely full)

- diagnose 12v failure in super slide (couch).

- discover why the main heating duct goes further than the kitchen counter, nearly to the rear end cap?? Does it vent to the underbelly?? Patch holes and shoddy construction in duct and/or replace with flex line...if it will fit.

-glance at hydraulic system for leaks (pump is only known leak so far and it's aweful lol)

- add bubble/foil type insulation below subfloor between floor supports where possible AND another layer below everything before replacing coroplast, or whatever it's called.

I just got done patching up the heating system from the furnace to the bedroom with fresh flex pipe and as much aluminum tape as I felt comfortable with. I patched holes in the careless Keystone construction (hole saws ruining nearby duct, bad joints, etc..). I still have a leak where the plenum duct connects to the main duct that runs to the rear, hopefully I can patch that later. My hoses near the heater are getting warmed by the leak...and I want as few bug entry holes as possible.

I've also bypassed the washer/dryer hookup because of a leak and we don't use them. I plan to bypass the vacuum breaker for the sewer flush system later after I verify that's ok (use one at the hose connection so I can avoid leaks in my sink area).

Replace the waste tank valves with Valterra valves while you are in there.
