Burlington Graphics said no.

Contacted Burlington Graphics about replacing our 2008 Montanna front decals and was told they no longer have a department that makes graphics for replacement.
I even offered to pay for them and they could only suggest I find a sign company to create and install them. Where do I go next? Keystone? Or am I just getting the "brush off" ?
Thanks,
Mike

The graphics on our 06 3400 get worse every week. I am sure that will be a big sell point on a trade in for our new Montana. If the dealer tells me they want to knock off 1000.00 for ugly graphics I want a check from Keyetone to make up for it...

I may be wrong but didn't Keystone go to a new vender for graphics because of all the problems? Is it possible Burlington graphics is snubbing Keystone owners for that reason?

When you click on their web site for ordering replacement graphics it says they have temporarily discontinued their Replacement Graphics Program.

Well, I have tried Keystone and Montana, on several different occasions, and been refused replacement graphics several times. So, if you got some, it must have been the right phase of the moon, or you know where the bodies are buried. Congrats.

Keystone should want to fix the bad graphics. Ugly rigs drive customers to other brands. I saw a rig boondocking at Walmart recently with really badly faded graphics. Even though I knew about the graphics problems the first thing that went thru my head was "bad quality rig".

Actually not said T in C. Should a manufacturing defect cause a decrease in value of my product I will be a very unhappy Rich and that will not be a good thing. We have followed the manufacturers procedures to the letter on graphics maint. Keystone did say they would send new graphics at the fall rally and we have not yet seen them yet. We shall see.

I have a 2995 2007 Montana. About 95% of all the graphics peeled and Keystone replaced all of the graphics---but not the labor cost to remove and apply new graphics. I am not sure who made the new decals.
I have owned several rv's over the years, and only the Montana decals by Keystone failed. Rest assured, I will never buy or recommend another Keystone product. I have been quite satisfied with the Montana product except for the decal problem. If Keystone would have done the right thing by taking care of the labor for decal removal and application, I would support Keystone 100%. Keystone knows decals made by Burlington, particularly on the 2007 Montana, were a defective product and Keystone has not accepted complete responsibility. I often see Montanas in campgrounds around the country with peeling decals. I guess what you see is what you can get from Keystone!

Amen! I have owned a SOB TT, then a SOB fiver both the same mfg, never had as many problems as this Montana, we thought we were "moving up" the ladder,,,,LOL, boy were we fooled. to stay on this topic, (I have many), Our 2007 decals have peeled off so often, I finally hand painted new ones on, couldnt take it anymore. The economy has turned around for my business, we have in our 2 year plan to dump this POC and going back to the previous SOB product, happily! Only regrets will be the awesome information sharing from you folks..

That is EXACTLY what motivated me to move on from my Wildcat! After 2 years the decals where almost white and shrinking/rolling. No love from Forest River so when I decided to look at replacing the unit I didn't so much as look at another Wildcat.

the graphics on our 06 344 held up till last year then started to come apart. We did everything by thy book.We do use the 3400 hard and it is exposed to all kinds of weather...But still it looks bad and what happens when I try to sell or trade it?? If they send me the new graphics I will put then on and be happy.

We had to send pictures but got new graphics this past week. They were very nice at Keystone. Now to find somebody to remove old ones and put on new ones.

I just received my graphics today from Keystone. I will have them installed in the spring by a friend of mine who is in the graphics business. I can't thank Cherie from Keystone enough for her quick turnaround of my request. Customer service is excellent.
