Letter from Keystone
I wrote a note to Keystone on Sunday Aug. 28th saying that my Service Advisor told me I should have gotten a window sticker (MSRP) for the Montana telling me all the things that I got on the trailer and also the things that were options and special ordered. I never got anything like that. So I inquired to Keystone and this is the response that I got back. Now I know that Mr. Tom is telling me that they don't give window stickers. What I was asking is how do I know that I got everything that I paid for if there was no order of completion that came with the trailer when it was delivered to my dealer?

Dear Mr. & Mrs. Landau,
We have just reviewed your email sent Sunday, August 28, 2005. We do
not have a MSRP and window stickers like the automobile industry use are
not used by Keystone. You are the eyes and ears in the field so to
speak. Your comments, both positive and negative are welcome as they
will help Keystone build more practical, reliable, and user friendly
products.
Thank you for your time and input,
Keystone Owner Relations

This is the same gentleman that told me there would not be a hole when we took the box out of the w/d closet to install the w/d. Not. Kathi, our dealer gave us a print out that showed all the things we got and what options and what the cost of the options. According to it we have the artic package but we do not have a sticker by the front door.
Happy trails..........................

Furnished by the dealer when we requested. I don't remember any cost for the various options listed.

Who would I contact to get this most valuable piece of paper. I have been asking my dealer (salesman) every since I got the Montana in April. I know that they have to keep a record of each trailer that they sell. I also know that they have to have a record of what was ordered.....Now how do I get it?

I would call (not e-mail) Keystone Customer Service with the Montana's VIN number, and ask them to tell you what is listed on the document(s) under which it was shipped from them to the dealer. Ask for a copy to be mailed to you. That wouldn't show any dealer installed options, but would give you a good handle on what was aboard when it left Keystone. Just my suggestion..
Best,

We bought our Montana previously enjoyed. When we were in Indiana earlier this month we stopped at Keystone customer service and spoke with, I believe, Brandon. Gave him the PIN number for the unit and he checked the records and gave us a printout of what was installed on the 3255RL. He was also able to tell us that a recall problem had been corrected on our unit. We had called Keystone and asked for the information, but got an owners manual in the mail. If you call, be sure to ask for one of the customer service reps.

I am talking with customer service right now. His name is Rollie. He was able to pull up our account and email the configuration sheet to me right now. I have it in hand now. Thanks to all of you for your support and help in this matter. Kathi

This may be hard to see, but this is what ours looked like for our 2005 model. It clearly shows all the options. The price on the sheet is MSRP. We paid $32.8K!
