Decision

My wife and I have done it... our decision was for a 3295RK, think it will be everything weare hoping for. Also bought a 97 Ford 350 Diesel 1Ton Dually. Selling the house and hitting the road soon, problem is, never towed a 5er before, looking forward to the adventure. Thanks to all for your imput.

Good choices all around. Only tricky part to towing a 5er is making allowance for the wide turning radius. Cost me a scrape and a lost set of stairs in the first dozen tows. The montana tows so easily, you have to remind yourself it is back there everytime you hook up. Also congrats on the decision to get rid of the stick house.

Pastor Dave, Congratulations on your new Montana, We also have not towed our 3280RL yet so I think it will be quite a chore the first time. I have been reading on here for over a year and know what to do but don't know if I will remember it when the time comes..LOL. Any good luck and happy RVing.

Congratulations on your decision! We also have a 3295RK and pulling it is "a piece of cake!" The hardest part is remembering it's back there.

Pastor Dave,
Great choice! We love our 3295 RK. We are just a few steps ahead of you. Have sold our house and will close on Friday. Good luck with your transition! Thanks for sharing with us.

Welcome and happy trails! The 3295RK is a great unit. Towing will be a breeze. Like someone said, just remember to take wide turns. I already hit the curb a couple of times, but I am learning. Just be very aware of the weight and size of what you are riding in and towing.

Pastor Dave,
Good luck. Remember when parking it that it is never too late to start over until it is too late and the damage is done. We like our rig very much. We can not wait for our first R&R to break it out and use it again.
