PDIs are a must, because you can't remember everything when going over the unit. It also gives both of you a chance to divide that PDI and each take an area to review and ensure quality is in place. It makes the Sales person and the Service staff squirm when you walk in and say you'll need about 3 hours to go over the RV to ensure it meets your satisfaction before cutting that cheque. Actually for us the service tech wanted to be there the majority of the time; he said: "Wow I like this; it gives me a chance to note what needs to be done on all rigs that come in new"!
