Battery disconnect on new Montana?

I was wondering what the battery disconnect switch on the new Montana disconnects. Do batteries still get charged while only removing house power or ?????

The battery disconnect is to preserve battery charge while the Montana is not in use. It's importance becomes readily known when it is forgotten, battery drains due to propane monitors, antenna amplifier left on, flashlight charger, etc, are left on and bettery goes dead. Battery runs slides and front jacks. Battery hookup to TV through brake cable will work very slowly on front jacks, although it does work. Learned lesson first time out as previous TT did not have this feature.
