grayghost03 Montana Master Join Date: Dec 2011 Location: Roswell Posts: 627 M.O.C. #12028	We looked at doing that also, but decided a 30" convection oven made more sense to us, so that is what we went with. The swap out of the stove looked pretty straight forward.
