In order to enlarge or reduce the overall size of a photo you will need some sort of photo editing program. Some of these programs are online and are free for
reducing the size. Hopefully someone will jump in with that Free site info.
Enlarging a photo is a bit trickier so as not to distort the photo and this typically requires buying a more expensive program and a ton of experience.
If you want to move a photo or even text you need to use the proper tag
For the above statement I used the
[center]text here
[/center] tag
If you want to move the photo or text to the right
You would change the center tag to
[right]text here
[/right]
If you want the text or photo to the left do nothing.
