Arctic Package "Freeze-Up"

We camped north of town last night, and the temp dipped to 20 degrees. The furnace was set at 60 and ran throughout the nigtht. So WHY then did I awaken to frozen hot water lines in the bath sink and shower!!! That is rediculous! We camped in freezing weather with the '00 Wilderness and never once had frozen pipes. Seems to me the "Arctic Package" is a bunch of hype. Would sure appreciate knowing if anyone else has had the same problem, especially with my model.
