Dualing dualies

Came upon an unusual accident today involving two Dodges. Red Dodge had been pulling a vehicle trailer hauling a white Dodge dually which appeared to have been new. Left rear of tow vehicle's truck box was crushed and both the disconnected 5er type hitched trailer and dually were upside down. Didn't appear to be any injuries.

I've seen excessive speed and driver aggressive reaction cause that type of accident, but who really knows.
