Sirius install in Monte

Rich, here are some pictures of my install. One thing NOT to do, is install the antenna upside down....A CRS moment on my part. I modified the mount and made a L-shaped bracket for the magnetic base, so the antenna points UP...
The antenna works fine inside the Monte, don't need to go outside the trailer. I got my 12 volt power on the wall from the lamp, put the fuse inside the cabinet with the radio.

Tim, we appreciate that. I do make major mistakes. It's part of the 'deal'. It is not for the squeamish at times. To tell a story on myself, one of my mod's is a nice white outdoor outlet up under my front overhang, it's in my Ozz's Mods. I was drilling where I thought my basement was, from above, to install electrical there.....right into the front of the Monte the drill bit went. So, a Lemonade out of Lemons kind of guy, I says to myself "Hershel" that's a good place for an outlet!

Tim,

I apologize for my post that I deleted, it was very insensitive and not appropriate for this forum.
