Converter Smart Contoller

In order to make our cheap converter 'smart,' IOTA recommends the IQ4 Smart Controller. I looked at a number of internet sites, this was the cheapest I saw: http://www.solarseller.com/ or (562) 423-4879. The controller is $25 and $5 shipping...plus tax for CA residents.

I'm not sure it this applies to Montanas, but my son's new Cougar came with a smart charger, but it was not the IOTA brand.

Go figure. Cougars are third in the Keystone pecking order...here's what corporate told me:

1. Montana/Everest
2. Mountaineer/Challenger
3. Cougar/Laredo/Outback
4. The rest

You'd think for $60k they'd spend that extra $25 bucks.
