We were sitting admiring our new Montana when Sue informed me that her chair was broke. I looked at it and she was speaking of 'slop' in the back. I turned it over and found that the wood was split where the bolts attach.
Back to the dealer with it!
Our dealer here in Kansas City is just super, Naylor RV on 40 highway.
I had a bad fireplace, they ordered it, and in around a week and a half, I picked up my new one and brought them the one with the burned out motor.
(They missed the wood with a screw in front as well)
