Hitch lubricant disks.

Just got a new to me 2010 Montana. Moved up from a bumper hitch. Just wondering who out there uses the disks on your pin box instead of grease. I bought the 12in model but haven't pulled with it yet. Seems like a really good idea. Not having the grease mess on my hitch when not towing seems like a big plus. Any pros or cons would be appreciated.
