Just one question!

Has anyone unscrewed their dinning table from the floor and had damage occur while traveling?
We have a 2008 3400RL and I would love to be able to move the table around when needed.
Thanks! Jack

Hi Jack,
We unscrewed ours and turned it after the first trip. It did tip once, but no damage.
I put a couple of eye hooks under the table top and in the floor( by the end of the slide & by the end of the couch).
Used a couple of 30" bungy cords to tie it down. Never had it move again. Unhook the Bungy cords and turn the table when we use it. I leave the Eye hooks in the floor, too small to worry about.

Our table isn't bolted down and so far we have had no problems.
I took 2 of the chairs out so we only have 2 and I bungy them to the table for traveling.

We have removed the screws from the table and moved the table. When we travel we turn our table upside down. That way we don't worry about it moving.

My table has not been mounted to the floor for a long time, sooo far, everything I leave on the table stays on the table, and the table stays put also.

I removed the table screws on our 3075 and used a strap to hold the chairs and table together when traveling and never had anything move.

On our 2980RL we removed the screws, turned the table and went down the road with out any problem with the unsecured chairs or table.

Yes... and you will find these and other thoroughly listed procedures along with model by model wiring and plumbing diagrams in the incredibly comprehensive, industry leading, 786 page, hard bound, gold embossed KEYSTONE MANUAL.

(Sorry - couldn't resist. Did I mention I am on pain meds right now???)

*Disclaimer (for new people who don't know me): The above is a joke - there is no Keystone/Montana manual...

But he IS on pain meds! His posts have been informative and hysterical, we are taking an informal poll on whether we will let him OFF those meds!
