We're not the only ones

We still keep in contact with some folks we work camped with a few years ago. They live in Colorado and work camp 3/4 of the year and spend the summers in Colorado. Recently they took their rig and went for a week with one of their kids and his family. When they returned they had water in their basement, luckily unfinished. While they were gone the backflow preventer on their sprinkler system failed and leaked water into a window well that filled up and then leaked into the basement. I guess those little valves aren't just a plague on Montana owners.

We just got hit with "Water Police" roaming our streets! In Ca they would be fined! Crazy world we live in today. Hope damage was not too bad!
