Noisy Stove Exhaust

A looooooooong time ago, someone posted a modification to the exhaust fan over the stove. The mod involved a DPDT rocker switch and a couple of parallel resistors to provide 2 speeds on the fan. I did the mod on our previous '03 2955. Now I want to do it on our '08 3075. But, I am plagued with CRS and don't remember where I put the post after I printed it (I always put these where they won't get lost(?????)). Does anyone remember that post? Or does anyone have it to re-post?

Brad, I remember someone replacing with a much quieter fan vs the OEM "jet engine", but can't remember, either who posted that. Probably in archives by now. Someone will be by soon.
