Kenda tire failure

I had tire failure on my 3670RL Montana. The tire is a Kenda Klever A/P size LT235-85-R16 with less than 3000 miles on it. It literally exploded and seperated. Anyone else had this Problem ? These tires came on this unit. townut

Fortunately haven't but also have a different make of tire. I spoke with local Montana dealer (4 Seasons RV) on Saturday and he mentioned that Keystone Montana had just had a recall on some tires --- none that they had so I didn't ask for the name. You might want to check on it with Montana.

I owned a 2003 Cardinal before we purchased our Montana. The tires on the Cardinal were Kenda tires also and I had a blowout within the first year of ownership. I contacted Kenda directly and at their request sent them pictures of the tire. They in turn paid for the tire and the damage to the rig. It may be worth contacting Kenda.
