Remote tvs picture problem

We have a 2018 3810ms with the 45" Insignia tv in the living room and two remote Insignia tvs, one in the bedroom and one outside. Just after we bought the coach, we had the Winegard satellite system put on and it works great. The living room tv has a full screen with no border and is perfect. However, both the bedroom and the outside screens have a border all the way around them. This makes a 32" tv a 25" tv. Nothing can be done to make a full screen. The two remote tvs can be watched on different channels that the main tv at the same time. This was vital to us. Today we brought a tv into the trailer from the house and connected it to the bedroom circuit. Surprisingly the tv has full screen on all channels. However, the remote control feature wont work and the same program is on all tvs and we cant get the house tv to work like the Insignias. The dealership doesn't have a clue. They only said that Keystone buys the cheapest tvs they can in bulk. Does anyone have a clue or has had a similar problem?

Dave from Moscow (Idaho that is)

Dish, but I would doubt that just changing the make of the tv would have an effect on the controls. The tv that came from the house was on dish and it is going to another dish system. Neither of the hand remotes work the replacement tv.

Are you talking about the insignia remotes or the Dish remotes? If it is the dish remotes you will have to program them for the brand TV you brought from the house. Generally that will only control TV on/off and volume from the dish remote. The dish circuitry of their remote controls all the satellite functions. You may have to use the insignia remotes to set the aspect ratio of the TV to fill out the screen.

You need to set each remote for the specific TV it is controlling. The LR will not control the BR etc. The DISH remote instructions will help you set the on/off and volume for each TV. The aspect ratio/ width height etc are also controlled by the DISH remotes. Call DISH and they will talk you through it. Or read the instructions for the remotes. I have DISH and the installer did each TV one at a time. I have the DISH in the Montana with a Wally and it works perfectly after setting it up. I also have a wireless station that I use around the house and it works with an old tube TV just fine. Each TV has different settings.
