King's Holly Haven RV Park, Pigeon Forge, TN

King's Holly Haven RV Park
This is one nice campground. Being fairly new everything looks great and it all works. Black top driveways, gravel sites and each has a concrete patio, picnic table, grill and fire ring. Sites are not overly large but there is more than enough room for TV and 5er.
The rules say no rig washing but the rules should be changed. For just $10.00 you are allowed to wash it. Guess I'll be washing mine.

Got here yesterday and will be staying until Tuesday the 11th.

Anyone in the area do stop in. We are is site 149

Sorry that we will miss palebluedot but we wanna be in Florida by the end of the month.

We stayed there last spring, Glenn, and agree that it is a nice park. Don't spend too much $$ in those outlet stores!

Me and Outlet stores don't mix. When we lived in Penna we lived in West Reading. Just 3 blocks from the Vanity Fair Outlet Complex. This is VF's largest outlet complex with nearly 100 different manufacturers within a one mile radius. Grew to hate them and we still avoid them. Remember one thing about factory outlets such as VF that give you 50% off the sticker price. It is Vanity Fair that sets the sticker price in the first place. And because of the direct competition we were able to buy Lee or Wranglers at Wal*Mart or K-Mart cheaper.

You're right, Glenn. The prices in the Outlet Malls are often no bargain.

We stayed there this summer for a week and agree it's a great park. Everything is well taken care of and bathrooms are air conditioning.

Just wondering do they have pull thru sites for the really bigger rigs? Or for those of us who hate backing in tight spaces. We are about 39" with 4 slides.

Broome, if our memory serves us correctly (and that's questionable at times!) there are pull through sites. It has easy access for big rigs. I'd recommend it. Other campgrounds aren't as easy to get into. This one is away from the mountains and nice and flat.
