Hello from Pottsboro, Tx 2002 keystone montana new fulltime RVer's

Hello everyone. For the past year me and my fiance have been fulltimeing it in a our2002 38' keystone montana. We have done a few modifications such as taking out the bathroom vanity and shower and putting in a full size tub. I reinforced the flooring inside the storage area to accommodate the extra weight so far its been great next I'm installing a new girard tankless water heater. We purchased an lg 2.3 cubic ft washer dryer combo for the closet and I'm thinking of remounting the medicine cabinet with a sink above that in that closet so as to still have a complete bathroom I will post some pictures as I make progress and let you know how the water heater goes.you can follow some of our adventures on Instagram at pastduebeautyqueen.

Welcome to the forum! Nice mods! Last winter several rigs in our park with "on demand water heaters" didn't have hot water for several days because the incoming water was too cold for them to get anything more than warm. Just something to investigate.

Are you in a camp ground or on a private lot in Pottsboro ?
We come to highport marina frequently, our kids have several boats stored there.
