Ring Stick up Camera - Security Cameras

Anyone using the Ring Stick up camera on their rv? Looking for a camera for when we are not at the rv. If you are using it, how did you mount it?

What else works well?

I don't have a ring camera in my RV, but I do have one at my home. I know they do require a wifi connection. Wifi service is so sketchy in RV parks and non-existent in most state/national parks and boondocking. With this in mind, I do not think it would be a good choice for an RV.

I really dont have a specific reccomendation, but I would look into self contained systems with built in HD or some other type of mass storage.
