Factory Warranty - the way it is supposed to work
2015 Montana HC 305RL purchased 9/2014. Main AC unit, Dometic 15k unit blowing hot air. Called Southern RV in Bossier City LA, got appt for 7/22, took in and received call back next day that unit was in fact bad, they already had approval to replace and had ordered the replacement unit. I picked up the RV on 8/3, when I got home I plugged into 30 amp service around 7 PM, outside temp at 97, at 6AM the next morning with only the one unit running it was down to 74. Thank you Dometic, Southern RV and Steve (the service adviser) for making me a Happy Camper!

Good to know. I keep a spread sheet on good places (and bad) to get work done since we full time. Have added them to the list.
