I see reading some posts that at the rallies sometimes it looks like they repair things at the factory. Is there a factory service center or do they just take it back to the factory to do the work.

No, if they authorize repairs they are either done at the Keystone Customer Service Center or at a dealer they arrange with.

Yes, it's next door to the plant and, in my opinion, the work they do is superior.
