We went over that way last year. Stayed two nights in a KOA Denver West, in Central City, just north of I70. In Moab we stayed 5 nights at Portal RV Resort. They have good sites and facilities, and even have "resort" sites for a bit more money. Centrally located for town and Arches, as well as other parks in the area.
