Shower door adjustment
Does anyone know how to adjust the shower door in a 3100RL? It has the "garden tub" type shower and the door drags badly enough to scrape off the finish on the bottom at the latch side. I looked at the hinges, but loosening the one phillips screw does no good. The door drags so bad it pulls the seal out of the bottom of the door. It's under warranty, just hate to take it in for just a shower door. Thanks....

Sounds like it could be sprung badly but we had that problem and one of the service techs at Keystone Service Center in Goshen told us there is a small bushing at the bottom of the door that could have gone bad or may have fallen out. It actually looks like a washer that has a slot in it and is just slid in on the shaft of the shower door. If it were me, I'd take it into the dealer you bought it from and have them fix it or replace it since it is under warranty yet.

I have had shower door problems and I contacted the manufacturer for help. The manufacturer's name should be on the face of your door, someplace. I Googled the name and called them. Basically, there is no adjustment. They told me to disassemble the shower and readjust the frame that goes around the door. I did not do this. What I ended up doing was just removing the bottom vinyl sweep and mopping up the little bit of water that leaks out. I know this does not help too much, but I sort of gave up on the door adjustment and try to live with it.

Thanks folks, I was trying to avoid going in for just a shower door, but you're right Rondo, if it has a problem more than adjusting I'd like Keystone to pay for it, not me.
