Shock Replacement

Hello, all,
I am thinking of replacing the shocks on my 2016 Ram 3500. It is about to turn 60K. The front have already been replaced one, and I went with Ranch, really dont like the ride since they were replaced. The rear are still the OEM.
Did a lot of reading online, and TL magazine, and all things seem to point to Bilstein 4600. Any one have these, tow with them, thoughts, experience? Look simple enough to replace...I tow a 2016 Montana 3950 BR.
Thanks in advance

I have not looked at Fox, Ill check them out, Bilsteins have been recommended by a ton of people and forums I have looked at so those were the first choice. Trailer Life did a great article on shocks and they were also their pick..figured it was a good place to start. Got the truck in the body shop now, getting damage from an accident repaired, but when I get it back i plan to replace the shocks and the diff fluids....

I generally agree Bilstein are amazing shocks. They make them in Hamilton Ohio and they are great folks. I know Kona is outvthere also and I think they are double the cost of a Bilstein.

Both of them have their fanboys. You’d probability want to do Fox all around and you could get the package that levels the truck.

But that maybe over $2000. I don’t know.

I installed the Bilstein 5100 on my 04 super duty. Amazing difference over stock. I had the FX pkg on the ford but the shocks were sub par. I still have the oem shocks on my 15 Super Duty (20K miles) but I will change out hopefully in the next few months to the Bilstein 5100's. They really help absorb the up/down shock when going over overpasses.
