ceiling light covers

Is it just me but I can't get the covers off of my LED ceiling lights. I was told they just twist and pop off.. I must really be getting weak in my old age but I just can't them off. I am tempted to just try a screwdriver , but I don't want to destroy the light. Anybody have the same problem? Any suggestions?

It's hard to answer if we can't see which lights you are talking about. A photo would really help as would knowing what model trailer and year you have.

They are a pain to twist off i use a rubber sheet like the ones for removing stuck on twist caps on food jars. Place it in the palm of your hand then push up on the puck light and turn it to the left. its held on by 3 tabs, when you get it off bend the metal tabs down a bit and then it will come off easier next time. do not use a screw diver or you will break the lens as they they twist off and not pop off.

We use a square of shelf liner to twist them off. Makes it pretty easy.
