I was just going through the list of people signed up for Quartzsite and was wondering why you hadn't signed up for golf yet Curtis is handling golf at this thread: http://www.montanaowners.com/forums/...ad.php?t=80087

Bikes at Quartzite

Is anyone bringing their bicycles to Quartzite?
Other than the ride into town there doesn't seem like any good places to bike.
I am also wondering about the gravel road going to and coming from 95.

Actually, 95 is paved as well as Plomosa Road is paved. The trail off of Plomosa is not paved, but any vehicle can drive in easily. If you do any off road trail riding, the non paved desert here is OK to bike on, just have to be careful to watch for the larger rocks. 95 could be pretty scary on a bicycle, as a stretch of it south of Plomosa is 65 mph, and some drive it much faster. Plomosa east of where we are could be a decent ride and I would think it isn’t as busy a road.

Bob,
Charlie & Nila MacLeod (8.1al) won’t be able to make the rally but really appreciate all the effort you and Becky are putting into it. We will miss seeing you and so many other people there.

Hi Bob and Becky.
Well it looks like life has gotten in the way of our trip to Quartzsite this year, so we'll need to cancel our reservations. We really looked forward to this trip.

Sorry and please say "Hello" to everyone.
