We just purchased a new 3120 RL. When we turned on the furnace for the first time, the vinyl flooring started to come up in the kitchen/rear living area. obviously, hot air is being forced under the vinyl flooring. Anyone else experience this? Fix?

Not an uncommon complaint. Do a Search on "floor vent". Here are a few of the Threads you will find.

Mel-- One other thing that I did to keep the bedroom warmer was to cut 2" pink insulating foam just a little wider than the floor joist in the basement that are showing in the ceiling. All I did was wedge it in between the joists and it has been there since. Boy did it make it warmer in the cold weather and it also insulates the bedroom from any hot air coming up into it during the hot weather. I hope to do the same thing beyond the basement walls to insulate the rest of the area under the bathroom and under the closet in the bedroom too.
