bed jammed in 381th

Hi,
Just took delivery of my Montana High Country 381th. So far so good but when I tried to raise my bed to gain hight in my storage, it got jammed and one side went up a few inches and the other did not. Now I can't move it up or down, any ideas? Im thinking it may have jammed because I did not level it first, please give me some advice.
One more quick question, the manual is useless, Trying to see if there are two grey water tanks and if I need to hook up two waste hoses.
Sorry for all the question, hope someone can help me.

Thanks

Bed likely jammed because one of the lift rods jammed or came loose, not because the trailer was not level. Don't have a HC, but bet you have three tanks, one black, two gray, and requirement for one waste hose.. We have two black two gray tanks on our fiver, and only one waste hose. If you were to require two, you would see two dump outlets.

Pull the mattress back and you hopefully will see exterior hinges at the head of the bed connected to the plywood mattress board. If so, pull off the mattress, unscrew the hinges and lift the mattress board up from the front. If the few inches you describe allow you to stick your hand inside the frame with a screwdriver, then try unscrewing the connector hardware from the lift mechanism on that side, and then lifting sufficiently to do the same on the other side.
