Send a message via Yahoo to NCFischers
I'll co-ordinate the show and tell. I won't need any time on the schedule.

LADIES LUNCHEON COORDINATOR NEEDED!

We are still in need of a person(s) to coordinate the Ladies Luncheon. This year, we have scheduled the luncheon in the big tent on Thursday, after the Ladies Driving School. We would like to combine a Ladies Meet and Greet with a shared-cost light catered meal, possibly $5/person. The Amish dinner is scheduled for the evening meal.

Please let us know if anyone would be interested in taking on this event. There will be a lot of support along the way!

POT LUCK BRUNCH COORDINATOR NEEDED!

We are in need of someone to take on this event! The activity consists of making a post on the forum (which we will assist with), asking for food donations, set up and clean up volunteers. It is similar to the Pot Luck Dinner format. Please let us know whether anyone is interested as soon as possible, as we are trying to finalize the schedule. You CAN do it!!!

Craft Coordinator needed!

We still need a person(s) to take on the job as "Craft Coordinator". If you are "crafty" or have craft ideas that is great, but not required.

The job is fairly simple, just set up a post and ask if any of the attendees have a craft they would like to share with the group (to help you out, we already have one craft idea).

Once the craft or crafts are decided on, then there would be the need to post the craft details, cost and what to bring.

Here's an example of a post from last year - Not a post for this year!:

Crafts: Turkey Kitchen Towel&Halloween Door Hanger
Sunday, September 25, 10:30 AM - 12:00 noon
Location: Small Tent
Host: Susan DeWitt
Cost: Turkey Towel Kit $4.50 limited to 18
Halloween Door Hanger Kit $3.00 limited to 18

Supplies to bring to class: SCISSORS, beige or white spool of thread, needles, any embellishments to personalize the craft (buttons, beads, glitter glue).
Kits will include embroidery floss in fall colors, twine, ribbons, bells, fabrics, poly-fill stuffing.
Sign up on this thread. Pick one item. Limit of 18 persons for each item.

Full Timing/Work Camping Roundtable

We need your help, the Full-timing/Work Camping Roundtable needs a discussion leader.

We prefer to have someone with some full-time experience, you know, been there done that, someone who can offer comments based on experience.

To help out, we have handout material we can provide to you that you can use as is, change, add to, etc.

The idea of the "Roundtable" is to have participants share their experiences and interact within the group.

The discussion leader is not expected to do a presentation to the group, only lead the discussion using an outline.

It really is as simple as it sounds.

Please give this consideration and "quick reply" to this post or send a "Private message" to bish with your interest or questions.

Thank you.
