New Features on Keystone's Web Site

Dear Montana Owners Club Members,

We have received the following information from Keystone on new features that are available on their web site.

Quote:
quote:Keystone RV now has Service Videos on the web site. The first two videos are available for viewing...HOW TO WINTERIZE YOUR RV is one subject; another subject is HOW TO OVER RIDE YOUR RV'S SLIDE OUT SYSTEM SHOULD YOU LOOSE POWER

More videos will be coming. We at Keystone RV hope you find this valuable and welcome your comments and suggestions for future videos.
We would like to thank Keystone for providing this valuable tool on their web site and letting us know about it.

Lady RV

I like the idea of being able to see what the process is while getting the directions. Also the other viedos showing how it's put together helps you understand the make up of the unit.

The video is a great tool. Nothing like a show and tell process. This is ideal, I hope they expand to other areas of the Monty!

The idea of using videos for help maintenance items along with the inside videos about building the coach and features is great. Expand both areas of Service tips and Walk aruond so people can get even better ideas how Montana is Build. Best in the Industry

Thanks Keystone. I just viewed both videos. Yesterday I started the process of winterizing by draining and blowing out almost all of the lines. Thanks to the video I realized I forgot the black water flush. Oops!!!!!!!

My hats off to Keystone. A very intelligent thing to do.

It sure is a 180 change in direction from when they wouldn’t give any service information to the owner.

You will also find service information on Lipperts web site as well and that is a change from not giving the owner any information also.

Thanks for the link and thanks to Keystone for making the videos. I hope that the link would be put on the MOC homepage so it's easily accessible.
