Tire Size Comparison

Well... We had a flat (road hazard puncture) on the OEM Marathon tires. The tire is not repairable. Does any one know if the OEM and new G614s are the same size? I wouldn't want to run different diameters. I do want to eventually upgrade but that would put a real strain on the budget right now. What to do, What to do?

The marathon is 30.7 inches in diameter as is the G614RST. The marathon is spec'd at 3420 pounds at 80 psi, load range E, while the 614 is 3415 pounds@ 95 psi to 3750 pounds @ 110 psi. Hope this helps you. john

Not sure about that statement, I thought the 614's were an inch larger on the outside diameter??

My G614's are about an inch taller than the Marathons.

If they are a little taller it is not an issue with the trailer skirting. At least on the 3850 and the 3910.

If folks running the g614's are seeing tires that aren't to the published spec, then it could be that they changed the molds and never updated the website. John
