Black Stuff From Heat / AC vents

I have a 13 3402 we used it a few times last year and a couple of times this year until 2weeks ago we've been full timing it. We are still getting small pieces of black foam (at least that's what it looks like to me)coming from both zone 1 & 2 Heater / AC vents... Is this expected? Anything I can do about it?
Thanks

I'm thinking... just replace the filters. They may be deteriorating prematurely. EZ to replace. Take your current one with you to any big box hardware store and you'll find the thin foam to replace it... cheap fix!
Could also be manufacturing residue.

My brand new 3400rl just did this to us. All over the bed! All over the living room floor! Hey Keystone, don't bother cleaning out the ducts or whatever!

We have had our Montana for 8 months and been living in it. Yesterday, I took the grates off the a/c intakes to clean the filters. They were't too bad, but you wouldn't believe the sawdust I vacuumed out of the duct! Can't be good for the a/c unit . . . I'm thinking about getting one of those things you can put on the vacuum to clean out the lint trap in a dryer so I can really reach in the duct.
