Montana 2018 5th wheel. AZ. First killer monsoon in our rig and drivers side vent leaking rear unit. I read the blizzard pdf and before I tell my poor husband wanted to know if you all who just tighten and silicone had to remove all the foam and puddy as mentioned in pdf. It also spoke of corrosion on the sensors. My poor man is 6.5 300 ish. Before I send him up there I want him prepared also our ceiling is curved. Unit working fine. Lord help us.

Mine were only finger tight on rear unit.
Done on advice of a friend who had the leaky returns.
Hope this helps.
That's what we did and no issues since.
