Aux Fuel Tank

Just wondering who is running with an aux fuel tank in their TV, how you are using it, how is it plumbed in, and has it helped you out?

You can do a search on Fuel Tank, go back one year and find lots to review. Myself I have a toolbox tank combo 60 gal., it is gravity fed with a hand valve to shut it off if you want to. Some people are concerned on the extra weight, but it's no more then two big guys in the backseat, and you don't have to fill it all the time. My wife and I feel it was a great purchase. I have a tool box tank combo, 91 gal tank with the 35 in my truck. I should have had it years ago. You have to watch for the cheap fuel, if you can find it. I have a tank mounted fuel pump, which means I have to fill my truck tank at a rest stop or campground. I did this in case I want to take the tank out, I can pump the fuel out of the tank at any time. I have noticed no difference in milage with the tank.

After my shake down trip of 4061 miles the first thing I did when I got back was order a tank. I ordered a 60 gallon combination tool and fuel. I have it connected to my truck so all I have to do is flip a switch.
