Big Sky 2005 FL slides problem

Was wondering if anyone was having any problems with the Front Room Slide or any slides for that matter, where the plastic sheeting underneath protecting the floor boards is cracking or cracked, or looks as though it is bubbling. We just bought ours at the end of last year, and when we opened this year we noticed this, also the interior paint under the fifth wheel storage space is all flaked off. Can't understand this. We contacted the dealership where we purchased this rv but we can't seem to get any satisfaction. Do you think contacting the company direct will help? Keystone has a guy by the name of Darrell Turner in the repair department. Call Keystone and ask for him. He will tell you anything you need to know. We just had our Montana 3280 repaired and he was great to do business with. We talked to him by phone several times and took our Montana to Goshen to get our trailer repaired.
