There is no problem carrying the 110 psi in your tires, however, Goodyear recommends the use of a Load Inflation Table to calculate the pressure that is actually needed. Inflation Table This table is available on the Goodyear web-site. The needed part of the equation is the actual loaded weight of your rig and the pin weight. Commercial truck scales can give you this information or you can do a close analysis using the specs on the Keystone-Montana web site. For your rig the specs yield a dry weight of 11,925 pounds with carrying capacity of 3575 pounds and a pin weight of 2045 (this is probably low but will be conservative). This results in a max loaded weight to the axles of 13,455 pounds which if evenly distributed (usually not on a 3400) a load of 3364 pounds per tire. Being conservative and increasing this load to 3550 pounds yields a recommended pressure of 100 psi per the table. An actual weight could well change this recommended pressure.

Mont, My 06 3400 weighed in at 15,600 minus 3000 pin weight leaving 12,600 over the tires. I kept mine loaded at 95 psi. Overinflated tires can do as much damage as underinflated. As Larry the Cable Guy says "Git R Wayed" or something like that!!!

Mont, what wheels do you have on the rig? (The weight rating stamped on them)

Hopefully he has the 110 rims, I do not on my 2008 3400RL, and have been running 95 psi on my G614. According to reports on this forum I was okay with my rims, but after getting the 614's Tredit changed their minds on some of the rims, and would not certify them for 110 psi that previously were okay for 110 psi. So far have had no problems with the rims .

Heavens to Betsy, surely you all are not saying that good ol' Camping World would have installed the 614's on rims that were not rated for them!! Sheeesh!

This past spring I had each wheel on the 3400RL weighed prior to having the I/S installed at MorRyde. My lightest wheel was just under 3000 with my heaviest being just under 3300. Total axle weight was 12900. The average was 3225 for the 4. I run my G614s @ 95psi to compensate for the heaviest.
