Hand held GPS units

What hand held GPS units do you use or suggest for geocashing?

I have been using the Garmin GPS V for the past 2+ years for geocaching. It has always worked well for me.

Doug,
I use a Garmin E-trex Vista. I also have mounts that allow use in a motor vehicle and on the ATV.

I have a Garmin e-Trex Legend that I use in my boat with a mount. Purchased Garmin's MapSource software and loaded on my computer and download what I need to the Legend. Only problem is the DL is limited to 8MB, but very well detailed with topographical maps of lakes, streets and highways.
