Connect sound bar/stereo

Speakers play outside and in the main area per the instructions but when I hit the “B” the bedroom speakers just make a pop pop noise. Unit is brand new so I don’t know if I’m doing it wrong or if something is screwed up. Any ideas?

I would suspect that you have a staple into the wire going to the bedroom speakers.

So I cut one wire going to the bedroom speaker closest to the front and both speakers started playing. So the left from end of the bed has two wires hooked up and right plays with one hooked up. WTH

so we tried the usb to play music and the sound bar does not see the usb when you scroll thru the source menu. any ideas?
