Peeling inside stairs

The stairs inside of our 2016 3710FL are peeling and I'm not sure if they can be replaced or the best way to fix them. I have the laminate on the bathroom door that is lifting as well as the door knob acting like it's going to fall off. One more thing and hoping to get ideas on all 3 things, the "kick plate" under the fridge is warped and pulling away. It's there a way to get parts for these things or replacements?
