Lippert (LCI) Leveling Not working right

We have a 2013 Montana with Lippert Leveling. Problem is: On leveling pad Auto Level works fine. On pad front jacks button does not respond most of the time and when I finally get it to respond I have to push so hard that it takes all the strength I have to get it to work. It has always been difficult and has gotten worse. To the point now where most of the time it does not work. Is it time to get a replacement. I called Lippert when still under warranty and they said I would just hve to keep pushing it so hard. Well now that does not work either. Needless to say, very frustrating when trying to use the front levelers.

Sounds like your keypad needs replacment. Lippert was one of the best suppliers to work with when this happened to us.

Call Lippert Customer Service. They're great to work with.

We had to replace ours, the control button contacts wear out. You can buy direct from lippert, bought our replacement off Amazon. Easy plug in installation.

Mine also started to go south on the front button, so it was e trailer for us. You will get the new updated panel, but it works just fine on the system.

I am having the same problem. I thought I needed a new control pad but I was not sure, so I ordered one and I haven't installed it yet. Amazon allows full credit returns from orders November 1st onward for the Xmas season through 1/31/19. I was planning to try it next time we have the camper out (next week we head for AZ). I was glad to see that others were able to resolve the problem with the new panel. BTW, the price right now at etrailer is $221.33 and amazon prime is $206.70. Thanks for the consultations.
