Sometimes spiders/insects get in there and build webs/nests that obstruct the flow of the gas. Take the cover off and have a look. A little compressed air may help out.

Maybe it took a while for the air to get pushed out and propane arrive at the furnace??

In the future when you8 run out of gas in one bottle and switch to the other. Open the valve on the full tank before you switch over. I was having trouble getting the furnace to light and that solved that problem. When starting for the season I first light the stove then start the refrigerator. Sure takes a while for the stove to light.

Ours takes FOR-EVER to purge the line to the furnace. I havee to light all the burners water heater and refer to clear the air bubble.

Just got back from the dealer with the same issue on my 2019 305RL. Also, could not light all burners on the stove. Dealer found a crimped gas line around on of the LP tanks. Fixed under warranty. Now, everything works as advertised.
