Where does this wire go?

I have a 2018 HC 345 RL. I was putting up some things and happened to notice these wires laying behind the battery. One has a 10 amp fuse in line. One is solid red and one is red with black stripe. I can't seem to figure what they go to. I just don't want to hook them to the battery until I can kind of figure out what they power. So far I haven't found anything not working. I just got it back from the dealer and one item is the transfer switch just before the inverter is bad. The refrigerator will only run with the inverter on. I have a call in to the dealer to see if tech unwired anything up there but have not heard anything back. Any ideas or suggestions.

I would say it is perhaps the charge wire from the tow truck harness BUT the extra terminal doesn't make sense........

Year and model ? Looks like someone just disconnected them from somewhere and hung them there.

Do you have a plug on front for a solar charger?
