The biggest problem with the distribution vents is that they are up into the main duct and actually are about halfway into the duct. I removed the distribution registers and cut off part(about a 1/2 -3/4 of an inch) of the plastic that sticks up into the main vent. The reason for this is because the register sticks up to far into the vent will not allow enough air to flow down into the register and into the camper body. DQDick gave me this idea and it really does work and give us much more air out of the main duct. I've also removed every other one of the angled plastic fins from the register body which again give more air flow into the camper body. Again thanks to DQDick!

Ordered these, pulled all existing vent covers, PVC in return air. Noticeable difference. I will have to cut out all the vent holes a little, but I think it will be worth while. Thanx for all the input from this group.
