Vent Covers

I am looking at installing vent covers. Just wondering what you use or recommend. I have 2 with rain sensors and 1 without.

This is also what we have on current unit. Work fine.

I use Maxxair covers. Simple install, basically four hitch pins.

Wish they made them for my 2 skylights as well.

Fantastic fan covers allow the best air flow. Best to install covers...once the rain sensor gets wet, fan will not operate until it dries out. Cover helps keep it dry.

Check to make sure what brand your fans are as Fantastic Fans would not fit our. Ours turned out to be MaxxFan and the covers only came in black.

I prefer the maxxair, installed the 4500 with remote and the new cover with snap clips, works well, easy to take off and clean, and Amazon has them cheaper then CW ever does.

Fantastic fan covers as they allowed the cover to open higher than the others. Everybody obviously has their favorite.

We have the Maxxair cover on this 5er to match their fans but had Aero Flow on the last. The Areo Flow look better but will limit the vent opening a slight amount

I installed two MaxxAir vent covers (with bug screens) on the vents and one MaxxAir cover on the MAxxFan, all black and they match the trim on the sides. Very easy install, I need to measure the new vertical clearance now that the covers are on as it definitely appears to be taller. Cheapest I found was Amazon prime.
