TV bed toolbox???

Do you use at toolbox in the bed of your truck? If so do you use a low-profile type, regular crossover type with 5" to 6" above the bed, or a chest type flush with the bed rails? What brand are you using and is it water tight?
I have a 8' long bed, and I am looking at an in bed toolbox that I can secure our two Honda E2000i generators in (when not in use).
