Bedroom Slide Noise

I have a 2014 Montana 3582RL. I noticed that when putting in my bedroom slide that it is really noisy. It goes out fine and no abnormal noise. It is the cable system. It is a crunching noise when the slide is coming in. I checked the cables and they were fine and no slack. I checked the motor to see if it was leaking oil but did not find any leaks. Has anybody had a problem with their bedroom slide?

Sounds like the gear box is failing

Had the slide checked out today and it is a bad gear box. Thanks for the replies.
