Baggage door separating ?

My warrantee runs out in a few weeks and I was looking my rig over. I notice both of my baggage doors seems to bulge down the center. Looking at the back side seems worse. You have to look at the door on an oblique angle to see it well. Neither of the doors has ever had a leak so I don't see how they could get wet. If the doors were like this when I bought the rig I didn't notice and I gave it the two or three over.
Has anyone noticed if theirs is bulged.
Would take a picture but don't think it will ever stop raining.

My door to one of the propane tanks has the bulge. The laminate glue apparently did not hold the door coverings together. Since you are still under warranty, get it back to the dealer and get them replaced under the warranty.

Exactly right. That's not normal and get it fixed under warranty while you can.

Both of my propane storage doors became bulged, from moisture entering the door panels. I had one replaced at the Fall Rally. The other door bulged out a year later. I called Keystone and they replaced the door but indicated this would be the last and only door they would replace, free of charge. Keystone told me that it is the owner's responsibility to check the silicone seal around the door perimiter . They said the doors have a silicone seal around the perimiter that must be maintained. I did not see any silicone in my existing doors or even in the new doors they sent me. Since then, I have installed a thin line of silicone around all my exterior door panels between the fiberglass panel and the aluminum frame, inside and outside. I also have drilled small weep holes in the bottom of all my doors to relieve moisture that enters the door panel. I have not experienced any more problems since.

lamination almost always leads to moisture as the cause, regardless of location

I agree but don't see how water can enter door from top. If you look the door is completely covered by the hinge across the top. The bulge seems to have started at the top. Also I have never seen signs that water was in door. We have had a lot of rain lately and I always check my entire unit after a rain. Leaks was my problem with my prior Sunnybrook so I keep an eye out.
